Important Update 30th November 2020
We plan to resume normal aerodrome operations on Wednesday 2nd December. Click here for the information pertaining to General Aviation on gov.uk, updated 27th November 2020
We will also re-open the Cafe for seated dining under the Tier 2 rules. Updates will be posted on our Facebook page.
Turweston Flight Centre will continue to follow Government guidelines as we have throughout the pandemic.
Keeping our customers and staff safe is the priority, so if you are at the Aerodrome please continue to wear a mask while in buildings and maintain social distancing at all times.
Located next to the lake, the Tower houses The Flight Deck Café (first floor, reservations recommended), Turweston Flight Centre offices (second floor) and control tower (top floor).
The café level has an outdoor terrace offering a viewing area over the runway. You can feast your eyes on our menu here.
Turweston Flight Centre Ltd manages the aerodrome. Airside activities are managed by Chris Brown, who is ably assisted by Gary Loveday, Chris Castleton, Ricky Delve and Phillip Hayward.
Also beside the lake, in Building 10, are the Light Aircraft Association Headquarters, Turweston Flying Club, LX avionics and The Midland Aeroplane Company.
The other buildings are occupied by Akki Aviation Services, AS Aerospace, Mick Allen Aircraft Resprays and Turweston Helicopters. See our Partners page for contact details.
3.5 nm away to the north east is Silverstone Circuit - home of British Motor Racing.
