Turweston Aerodrome
Once a WWII Airfield, Turweston Aerodrome saw a new lease of life when it re-opened for business in 1994.
After considerable investment this picturesque Aerodrome in South Northamptonshire is now an ideal venue for business and pleasure, with purpose-built conference facilities, 2 rally stages, aero-club, flying school and large tarmac runway and apron area.
The new conference room, which was completed in 2004, boasts a superb view over a lake and landscaped gardens. Outside, over 220 acres of space are available for a whole range of activities such as conferences, exhibitions, activity days, dance and music festivals, filming and photography, seminars and more. Turweston also hosts several annual events such as the Classic Vehicle Day, which in addition to aircraft showcases vintage cars, motorbikes, tractors and farm machinery. Also run annually is the popular Overland Fast- Track service to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. 4x4 transport runs right into and out of the circuit. Mercedes, Williams, Toyota and Sauber F1 are among the many clients the Aerodrome welcomes back to this event each year.
Please feel free to visit us at any time. Turweston Aerodrome is located just off the A43 close to the market town of Brackley, with easy access to both the M1 and M40.
